Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that adheres to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to fit each client's needs.
• Create an approachable and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients and ensure they receive the best value.
• Provide tools and resources for personal trainers' growth and development.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
