Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

As a Personal Fitness Training Team Lead at VASA Fitness, you will play a key role in advancing the personal training business at our club, ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals and enjoy a world-class experience with each visit. You will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team to deliver high-quality training sessions and drive membership growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate personalized training programs for each client.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for clients and team members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Certifications in personal training is a plus.
