Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Training Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a vital role in advancing our personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets. Your primary responsibility will be to build and develop a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their physical, mental, and emotional fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging personal trainers.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
- Develop an agile personal training team that can customize programming to meet each client's needs.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage and interact with members, clients, and guests in an inclusive manner.
- Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value and maintaining safe and clean training spaces.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, providing tools for growth and development.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals as part of the team effort.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on building and motivating teams.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
