Salary: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Purpose:

The Personal Fitness Training Team Lead at VASA Fitness is responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. This role involves building and developing a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a world-class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team that upholds VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to cater to individual client needs.
• Create an interactive and welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value.
• Provide support and resources for personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals.
