We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Personal Training Lead to join the VASA Fitness team. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing the personal training business at the club by overseeing a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals and enjoy a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a top-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Create an inviting and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal trainers deliver exceptional value and service to clients.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
