Job Title: Pest Management Service Manager
Colony Pest Management, Inc. is a well-established family-owned and operated company with over forty years of experience in protecting businesses and residences in the New York Tri-State area and beyond. We are seeking a Pest Management Service Manager to join our dedicated team in providing unrivaled service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor chemical distribution and usage by route.
- Anticipate and resolve problems efficiently.
- Schedule and monitor field work for efficiency, completion, and quality.
- Promote lead generation and sales within the field service team.
- Ensure resolution of quality control audit issues to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain documentation related to field services, credentials, and training.
- Monitor and enforce professionalism in the appearance of the service team and vehicles.
- Review and ensure accuracy of service-related paperwork and time records.
- Oversee callbacks and emergency visits in compliance with contracts.
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to field service technicians.
Requirements
- NYSDEC 7A, 7F, 7C certification required.
- Two-year college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in PestPac software for scheduling and reporting.
- Five years of experience in pest control or similar route-based service industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: $52,000 - $70,000 annually.
