Job Description
The Great Falls Clinic Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team for the Graveyard shift. As part of our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security of the pharmacy, ensuring the accuracy of orders, and contributing to patient care. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Fill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check technician prepared products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain pharmacy security and control of substances.
- Enter orders and patient information with precision.
- Support the training of new pharmacy staff.
- Keep the Director informed of daily pharmacy activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of a college of Pharmacy, required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree, preferred.
- Experience in hospital pharmacy, preferred.
- Strong drug knowledge including pharmacokinetics dosing, required.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic office skills.
