Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Philanthropy Coordinator to join Eagle's Trace by Erickson Senior Living's team. As a Philanthropy Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing donor records and fostering positive relationships between residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include processing gifts, organizing fundraising initiatives, tracking donor engagement activities, and maintaining an accurate database to support donor research and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of gift processing, including receiving, depositing, tracking, and acknowledgment letters.
- Execute fundraising initiatives, such as generating request letters, inputting data, acknowledging donations, and coordinating events.
- Track and coordinate donor engagement activities and event participation.
- Maintain an accurate database for donor research, calls, and meetings.
- Provide support for meetings by coordinating venues, room setup, refreshments, and materials.
- Prepare statistical and special reports as required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-year experience of demonstrated success in fundraising.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in special events planning.
- Experience working with the senior population preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, and respect for others.
