The Physical Security Customer and Facility Installation Specialist at Flexential plays a vital role in supporting the Physical Security Installation Lead Engineer. They are responsible for overseeing installation projects from start to finish, coordinating with vendors, and managing physical security technologies. Key responsibilities include configuring servers and workstations, supervising installations, evaluating system performance, and maintaining technical knowledge. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate with specialists.
• 1-5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience with low voltage systems and project management.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of networking and security systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASIS Certification.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of network design and Genetec systems.
• Proficiency in IT-related hardware and software.
