Great Strides Holdco Inc., under Great Strides Rehabilitation, a H2 Health Company, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with children with various diagnoses, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental issues, providing high-quality care and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Participate in mentorship programs and continuous education opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcome.
• Must pass required background checks.
