Paradigm Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in reconnecting with their environment to enhance their quality of life. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments to provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation; experience with Hello Note is advantageous.
• CPR Certification.
