Plumbing Quality Technician

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Quality Technician to join our team at NP Mechanical Rice Services Inc. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery, handling plumbing drain cleaning, and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and related in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers with their plumbing needs.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs and resolve any emerging issues.
• Drive to different jobsites and maintain organized job sites and vehicles.
• Be accurate with invoices, timecards, and feedback while maintaining excellent attendance.
• Be willing to work overtime when required and perform other duties as assigned.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle a physical workload and willingness to work overtime.
