Job Description
We are looking for a Plumbing Specialist to join Casteel Air, one of Metro Atlanta's premier HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical companies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate plumbing project activities.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians and helpers, including hiring and disciplining employees.
- Inspect projects to ensure compliance with building, safety, and environmental codes.
- Develop and implement quality control programs.
- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Requisition necessary supplies and materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations and codes.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain plans to stakeholders.
- Valid plumbing license and clean driving record.
