Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a dynamic Residential Portfolio Manager to lead our growing team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties, including HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC properties. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, achieving occupancy goals, and ensuring client satisfaction by fostering a capable and diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to optimize the performance of residential properties.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to meet asset performance expectations.
- Mentor and develop a talented team focused on community, resident, and team member satisfaction.
- Uphold CRMG's values of honesty, integrity, and innovation in all aspects of portfolio management.
Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of multi-family portfolio management experience in HUD, Lift, PBV, PSH, and LIHTC.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in Landlord/Tenant law, Fair Housing laws, labor laws, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to financial and accounting details.
- Ability to adapt to new software and technologies; Yardi experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance for property visits.
