Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of multi-family residential properties, including Class A and B properties with 150+ units each. As a Portfolio Manager at CRMG, you will be instrumental in achieving revenue growth, occupancy goals, and ensuring exceptional asset performance for clients. Your responsibilities will involve building and mentoring high-functioning teams that prioritize the best experience for residents, team members, and communities, all while upholding CRMG's core values of honesty, integrity, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of a portfolio of multi-family residential properties.
- Achieve revenue growth and occupancy targets.
- Build and mentor teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements
- Five years of multi-family portfolio management experience.
- Expertise in Landlord/Tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and labor regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting reports.
- Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
