Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and predict pending machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Gather and analyze data on a daily basis using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect leaks and perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing filters, oils, and greases.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and attend maintenance meetings.
• Suggest equipment repairs, upgrades, and replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
