Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a vital member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime efficiently. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing data to forecast impending failures, using various technologies such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting work orders, collaborating with maintenance planners, detecting leaks, changing filters, and more to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and prevent unexpected downtimes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to forecast impending failures.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks and perform necessary maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of reliability technology and data analysis in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to complete necessary training and obtain certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
