Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending failures, and collect essential data for maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology to gather data daily.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform equipment maintenance tasks such as filter changes, oil, and grease management.
• Provide crucial support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings, initiate equipment improvement plans, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology within a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field, or relevant military experience.
• Strong root cause failure analysis skills and willingness to pursue relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
