Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As part of the maintenance team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and preventing machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to detect potential machine failures.
• Analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Use advanced technologies for data collection.
• Coordinate repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect and address equipment issues promptly.
• Support plant operations to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend maintenance meetings and contribute to equipment improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
