Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in minimizing machine downtime by utilizing reliability equipment and predicting potential failures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Submit work orders and collaborate with maintenance planners for timely repairs.
• Detect leaks and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs if needed.
• Collect oil samples for analysis and provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend maintenance meetings and initiate improvement plans for equipment longevity.
• Stay current in predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm certifications in a reasonable time.
