Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ultimately minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to complete job-related training.
