Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will be utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and working with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Identify conditions that may require immediate attention to avoid catastrophic failure.
• Provide support to Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience will be considered.
• PDM certifications are a plus.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
