Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ultimately minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data, utilizing advanced technology for data collection, submitting work orders, detecting leaks, and providing vital support to plant operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Utilize advanced technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection.
• Submit work orders and collaborate with maintenance planners for efficient repairs.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and attend maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience and Pdm certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and ability to work independently or in a team.
