Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join TOYOTI1 as a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze, predict, and prevent potential machine failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures through data analysis.
• Gather data daily utilizing infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate shutdown of equipment requiring repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Collect oil samples for lab analysis and provide support to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in predictive maintenance.
• PDM related certifications preferred or willingness to obtain certifications.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis and ability to work independently or in a team.
