Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending failures, and provide support to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing equipment. As a crucial part of our team, you will gather and analyze data using reliability equipment, recommend necessary repairs or upgrades, and actively contribute to our reliability program.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime.
- Predict pending failures through data analysis.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data gathering.
- Recommend necessary repairs, upgrades, or replacements.
- Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
- Root cause failure analysis expertise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
