Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze, predict, and prevent machine failures, ultimately minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operations. Your duties will include analyzing data, utilizing advanced technologies such as infrared and ultrasonic tools, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict and prevent failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic machine failures.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Continuously improve and extend the lifespan of manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis process.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training.
