Job Description
We are hiring a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 as a full-time team member. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing advanced reliability equipment to analyze, detect, and predict potential machine failures in order to minimize downtime effectively. Key duties include data analysis, utilizing various technology tools like infrared and ultrasonic devices, submitting work orders, and collaborating with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs. The role also involves providing support to Plant Operations and Maintenance, attending meetings, and continuously improving predictive maintenance technology skills through training.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with reliability technology in a manufacturing setting
- PDM certifications preferred or willingness to obtain them
- Understanding of root cause failure analysis process
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
