Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities promptly.
- Implement and update nursing care plans.
- Take necessary nursing actions and ensure desired outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management and self-care.
- Maintain infection control measures and comply with regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and skill development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
- Active nursing license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
