Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Document all care activities and coordinate with the care team promptly.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions based on assessments and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide patient education on health management and preventive care.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (BLS).
