Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and coordinate care.
• Document activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and timely.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs.
• Ensure compliance with Aveanna policies, regulations, and standards.
• Provide patient and family education on disease process and self-care.
• Maintain nursing competencies through education and training.

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
