Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, delivering a wide range of medical services including medication administration, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support in the comfort of patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care plans with patients' families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships through compassionate and responsive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is beneficial.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is a plus.
