Are you a compassionate nurse seeking the opportunity to provide expert care in a home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in the lives of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive and compassionate relationships with patients.
- Participate in a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preferably experienced in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
