Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an In-Person Event on 5/13. As a member of ChristianaCare, you will have the opportunity to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a home health setting, offering specialized medical services such as administering medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to medically fragile patients.
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Establish positive and compassionate relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work at least two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with a minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in Camden office.
- Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
- Preferred experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.
