Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to medically fragile patients in the comfort of their homes. As a part of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will play a vital role in coordinating care, administering medications, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is a plus.
