Responsibilities
- Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for effective communication of vision and priorities.
- Identify insights from the recruiting landscape to drive business opportunities.
- Develop user feedback mechanisms and manage product features prioritization.
- Champion agile development practices and conduct A/B tests for performance improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce products.
- Proficiency in agile development, stakeholder management, and user requirement translation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented work approach.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Benefits
- Annual salary range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 + bonus potential.
