Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at Allen Distribution. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the labeling lines and warehouse operations to ensure the company's quality, cost, delivery, and safety goals are met. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters continuous improvement and respects professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the production schedule to optimize process flow.
• Motivate and lead a team to exceed department and company goals.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse operations and WMS.
• Monitor operational metrics and productivity daily.
• Enforce safety, security, and quality standards.
• Provide clear goals and expectations for direct reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards, AIB requirements, and Food Safety protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
