Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and delegate work assignments to optimize plant schedules and manpower.
• Supervise production personnel, monitor performance, and resolve production issues to meet customer orders.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained and enforce safety procedures.
• Provide job-specific training, enforce company policies, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory, predict future production needs, and coordinate maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
