Production Trainer

Production Trainer at Bakerly Barn LLC

We are looking for a Production Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for training associates in all production positions, ensuring they meet performance standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires to onboarding stages.
• Enhance and improve training programs.
• Communicate with supervisors for training assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in production activities during downtime periods.

Requirements

• 1 year of lean manufacturing or training experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stooping, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and physical dexterity.
• Vision abilities for close and distance vision.
