Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our Youth Residential team at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising staff and ensuring the program operates in compliance with regulatory standards, delivering services at the highest clinical and ethical levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
• Facilitate positive relationships with referring agencies and the community.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and address any challenges that arise.
• Advocate for the needs of youth and adolescents in the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of experience in program supervision and management.
• Understanding of trauma and behavioral health treatment.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record.
