Job Description
PathWays of the River Valley is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Program Managers in Community Programs and Residential Homes. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure quality services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves supervising staff, collaborating with teams, and contributing to the overall success of the programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise direct support professionals and ensure quality services are delivered.
- Act as a liaison for teams and meetings related to the programs.
- Engage in direct care and support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to the development of staff and enhance community resources.
- Oversee records management and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or extensive program management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in human services.
- Experience in developmental disabilities highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and TB test upon hire.
Compensation
Salary: $22-26 per hour
