Program Nurse RN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Program Nurse-RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse-RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, health care program coordination, and staff education. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of residents and contribute to a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents in health care areas.
• Monitor medication administration and evaluate individual medications.
• Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holder and attend Person Centered Planning meetings.
• Assess resident health needs through nurse and health assessments.
• Document medical treatment and communicate with medical providers and program management.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and program development.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and eCare User proficiency.
• Prior experience in medical treatment services within a rehabilitation setting and mental health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required per Hope Network policy.
