Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Program Nurse-RN to join our team at Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse-RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, health care program coordination, and staff education. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of residents and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents in health care areas.
- Monitor medication administration and evaluate individual medications.
- Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holder and attend Person Centered Planning meetings.
- Assess resident health needs through nurse and health assessments.
- Document medical treatment and communicate with medical providers and program management.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and program development.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and eCare User proficiency.
- Prior experience in medical treatment services within a rehabilitation setting and mental health experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required per Hope Network policy.
