Job Description
We are hiring a Program Therapist 2 (underfill) to join our team at Horizon House Residential Treatment Facility within Marion County Health and Human Services. The Program Therapist will provide Person-Centered mental health treatment services to adult residents with serious mental illness and/or chemical dependency in a 24-hour residential clinical setting, collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure optimal resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy, crisis assessment, and intervention services.
- Assist in developing and updating treatment plans and facilitating therapeutic groups.
- Coordinate with clinical teams, manage doctor's orders, and maintain clinical documentation.
- Engage residents in community integration and independent skill development activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in mental health treatment and crisis intervention.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history.
- Licensing or registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Oregon.
