Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join Peckham Industries, a family-run business delivering quality construction materials and products since 1924. As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers/Superintendents in executing various projects, ensuring accurate material quantities, reviewing field employee logs, and assisting in project scheduling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project plans and technical documents.
  • Monitor project costs and progress.
  • Update and maintain project records.
  • Create, manage, and track RFI's and submittals.
  • Assist in permit acquisition and change-order management.
  • Coordinate project meetings and facilitate site safety.
  • Manage subcontractor billings and pay applications.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of construction experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction operations and specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proficient computer and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Additional Information

This position may require daily travel to project sites and offices. The work environment involves heavy physical demands in a construction setting.
