Join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation as a Property Clerk at the Roswell Job Corps Center. As a Property Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in receiving, stocking, shipping, and maintaining inventory of all center supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure student needs are met with the highest level of customer service.
  • Adhere to all PRH and CSDC policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, document observations, and progress towards goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and report significant events promptly.
  • Provide prompt assistance to students in case of injury, illness, or emotional trauma.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, and accountability functions.
  • Verify incoming supplies, issue inventory items, and maintain records.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain computer listing of vendors and records of purchases.
  • Attend staff training sessions as required.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months experience in property/inventory control.

Preferred: Associate's degree. Two years of related experience.

Knowledge: Valid state driver's license. Working knowledge of property/inventory control procedures. Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Physical Requirements: Sitting, seeing, hearing, speaking, standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, flexibility, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, kneeling, pushing/pulling, and driving.

Environmental Demands: Ability to operate office equipment, occasional work alone, 85% of time spent working and interacting with others, ability to read and write at a college level.
