Responsibilities
- Investigate property claims, determine liability, review coverages, and settle claims.
- Collaborate with various parties to ensure seamless claim service and industry leadership.
- Handle both 1st party and 3rd party claims, conduct inspections, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interpret policies, and communicate claim status effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in property field adjusting or mitigation/construction project management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle moderately complex claims and provide customer-driven solutions.
- Solid knowledge of casualty coverages, claim handling processes, and policy endorsements.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain property casualty claims licensing as required.
