Job Description
AR Sandri is looking for a Property Maintenance Technician to handle general building and grounds repairs at our main office in Greenfield and various company-owned locations in Western MA, VT, and NH. The ideal candidate will have prior construction or commercial building maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn. A valid driver's license and ability to operate work vehicles and tools are required.
Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of buildings, parking areas, and interiors.
- Assisting in renovation, construction projects, and general labor tasks.
- Performing safety and maintenance audits, and handling after-hours emergencies.
- Winter plowing and snow removal duties.
