Job Description
Exacta Land Surveyors LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Property Researcher specializing in Liens/Estoppel reports. This hybrid role involves direct client engagement to perform lien search orders in the real estate industry. The position requires coordination with municipal agencies, maintaining client deadlines, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct first-line research and ordering of property account information.
- Monitor and follow up on open order work queue to meet client deadlines.
- Raise and resolve issues with Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs professionally and ethically.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma/GED required; Associates/Technical Degree preferred.
- 1+ year of client/customer service experience.
- Proficient in job-related software and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Driver's License may be required.
- Creative, critical thinker with a commitment to client service.
