PROS Program Supervisor

Job Description

Endeavor Health Services is looking for a dedicated PROS Program Supervisor to oversee site management responsibilities at our behavioral health clinic located at 1131 Broadway. In this role, you will coordinate support staff, consultant clinicians, prescribers, multiple on-site programs, and physical facility matters. Our clinic serves a diverse adult population with mental health and substance abuse challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, training, and supervision of employees.
• Oversee clinical work of staff including assessments, treatment, and treatment plans.
• Provide consultation and supervision to staff.
• Maintain a case load.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a strong background in program management/supervision. LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW certification and a minimum of two years of full-time direct service experience in behavioral health, including clinical supervisory experience, are required. Individual and group treatment experience, as well as a valid NYS Driver License, are essential. Proficiency in MS Office products and Cerner electronic health records is preferred.
