Summary:
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at KLAMATH BASIN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH provides oversight and delivery of psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Conduct comprehensive Initial Psychiatric Evaluations.
- Prescribe and review medications, monitor side effects.
- Provide backup support to medical team.
- Consult and refer clients for additional care.
- Maintain standards of confidentiality and documentation.
- Collaborate with medical professionals for client care.
Education/Experience:
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.
- Certification in Family Psychiatry.
- Active DEA card and Medicare UPIN.
Loan repayment and relocation assistance available.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Oregon driver's license.
- Active DEA card.
- Maintain active licenses and certifications.
