Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

Job Description

Comhar Inc., a nonprofit organization, is currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the development of recovery skills for CIRC members through education, engagement, community integration, advocacy, and follow-up.

Specific Duties

• Educate individuals on recovery processes
• Assist in the development of recovery plans
• Coach individuals in independent living skills
• Support community integration activities
• Advocate for individuals' needs
• Provide ongoing follow-up and support

Requirements

• Master's degree in a Human Service-Related field
• 3 years of mental health direct service experience
• 2 years of experience in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Knowledge of Philadelphia area resources
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Supervisory experience preferred
